Taylor Mignone is HVADC’s Business Services Manager and a lifelong Hudson Valley resident with a deep commitment to the region’s farms, food businesses, and rural economy. Taylor blends behindthescenes rigor in credit analysis with clear, practical guidance to help clients secure appropriate financing while preserving each operation’s goals and character.

Taylor earned Bachelor’s MBA degrees from Franklin Pierce University. Before joining HVADC, Taylor worked in commercial lending with a focus on credit analysis—including financial statement review, cashflow modeling, risk assessment, collateral evaluation, and underwriting support. That analytical foundation informs Taylor’s approach at HVADC: turning numbers into actionable funding strategies and rightsized capital plans.

At HVADC, Taylor advances business services that support loan readiness and sustainable growth—coordinating with partner lenders, packaging application materials, and aligning projects with funding sources while keeping compliance and reporting on track.
