Truncali Farms Inc, is a 100-acre, three generation fruit farm in Ulster County that produces a wide variety of fruit including apples, pears, strawberries, cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines and grapes. Their products are sold in farm markets and retail stores in the area. With new regulations governing food safety, the owners were interested in developing a food safety program to pursue certification under GlobalGAP for the upcoming growing season and update their facility accordingly.
