FFFA Peers represent all seven counties of HVADC coverage (Dutchess, Columbia, Rensselaer, Washington, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan) and participate in an intensive eight month curriculum to learn how to build their sales, discover new market opportunities and pitch to potential funders. They are farm, food, agriculture-dependent business having their home office, farm or production facility in the Hudson Valley and sourcing the majority of their product ingredients from the region, as well as the majority of their labor force.

Restaurant owners, chefs, caterers, specialty food markets, cheese shops, tea and coffee shops, hotels/inns, institution buyers for hospitals, assisted living/retirement communities, universities, colleges and schools, corporate food service providers, event venues and distributors
