Hudson Valley Bounty

What is 'local'?

Local is defined as “belonging or relating to a particular area or neighborhood, typically exclusively so.”  or neighborhood, typically exclusively so.”  The Hudson Valley has bountiful producers and creators that produce abundant food and agricultural products available to their neighbors.  While the Valley stretches for more than 120 miles, we identify strongly with our location and its abundance.  Each of the suppliers represented in the Bounty Bag is connected to the Hudson Valley and its people.  Take this opportunity to sample items grown and made by your neighbors.
