The Hudson Valley has long been known as fertile ground for agriculture, blessed with rich soils, a rolling landscape threaded by rivers and streams and easy access to metropolitan markets. But like many regions across America, population increases and development pressures are challenging agriculture’s future. Established in 2007, the Hudson Valley AgriBusiness Corporation (HVADC) is dedicated to nurturing agriculture and related industries in the region. Simply put, our goal is to enhance the bottom line of farm businesses and strengthen the agricultural industry as a whole.
