Sarah Crowell coordinates HVADC’s agribusiness incubator program. She has a background in planning and economic development. A certified planner, Sarah has worked for a variety of non-profit and for-profit planning and consulting firms. Along with her professional experience, she brings to HVADC her personal experience launching a family business. Sarah lives in Columbia County with her husband and two children.
